Are these overwater bungalows. Can I book for two nights?

Hello! they are houseboats! so this means you have hulls like in a boat but house on the top of the hulls so it is more comfortable! so they are floating in a calm and pristine lagoon

We’ll be arriving by fast ferry from El Nido. Do you offer a shuttle service from the ferry port?

Yes we do, Our van will wait for you at the ferry terminal when the ferry arrive

Is there any tour around some beaches or lagoons in the area? We are thinking of going from 7th to 9th of January, is there any promotion available?

Hello! Thank you for the message. Yes there are many lagoons that you can reach with our compliimentary kayaks and paddleboards. There are also few beaches close by (Smith Beach, where 5 turtles live and Vivien Beach) yes we also have prmtions!

I saw that your houseboat hotel is family friendly and wondered if your business offers childcare, and if so how much for this service?

We offer free babysitting, so parents can go snorkeling and kayaking while our amazing girls from the Tagbanua Tribe take care of the infants / kids

Do you need to pay a deposit or cover the full cost when booking? Or can I pay the full amount at a later date?

We ask full payment at the booking, we have 146 employees and 16 rooms so we can really afford not showns

How much cheapest room per night

depending on the dates the cheapest starts from 9.000 pesos per night for two people, including transfers from and to the airport with private van and private speedboat, free use of kayaks, sups and snorkeling gears. Drinking water and free wifi.

Yes, all our rooms have now private internal bathroom with shower and private dining area and private relaxing floating deck with long chairs, sun umbrella and ladder to enter the sea

Hello! Yes we also have houseboats that can be rented privately for 16 adult guests! We also have rates for 2023.

What airport should we take coming to this resort???

The Airport is Busuanga Coron (USU) and it is connected 10 times a day with Manila by Philippines Airlines and Cebu Pacific, twice a day with Cebu and with El Nido (Airswift). We will pick you up for free as you land.

Is the double room also a house boat or is it connected to the land?

All our rooms are on houseboats so just floating! We do not touch the land since it is National Park , Unesco Site and Ancestral domain of the Tagbanua Tribe and nobody is supposed to build anything on land. The lagoons are very calm so no rolling!

Hello we are looking at your floating privet Accommodations. One question, are they Air Conditioned ??

All the rooms except the small double room have the option of AC. There is a surcharge for it since we need to run a generator because the solar panels are not enough! No noise since the Generators are on another houseboat out of the lagoon

Must stay place in Palawan!

Wow, what an amazing place to stay! We arrived in Coron after Island hoping across some amazing places and Paolyn still managed to blow us away, one of the coolest hotel experiences we’ve had! just being right in the middle of the lagoon with your own kayak and paddle board was amazing! you are minutes away from the twin lagoon and they deliver all your meals and drinks to your boat house, what is not to like? We also had the pleasure to meet Paolo during our stay, he was so lovely and you can see he is putting his soul into the place! congratulations Paolo and team and keep up the good work! The location and feel of the place is magical. Paolo has an amazing mission to give accommodation and experiences to visitors while keeping Coron Island special and providing for all the local people. Truly a special place with the right morals. You get to stay in the middle of paradise.

Highly exceptional experience. Great location with great staff

This place is first class experience from beginning to end. We got picked up from the end of our super ultimate tour in Twin Lagoon by a speed boat. They even picked up our luggage from the previous hotel that we stayed in so we didn’t have to go back to town. No time wasted here. Upon check in we were greeted and briefed by the staff who were so nice, courteous and welcoming. Brought to our cabin by speed boat. Rexie showed us the cabin and explained how to use the commode. This place is eco- friendly.The boathouse has everything when it comes to amenities. They even have life vest, mask and fins for snorkeling which you can do just outside your cabin. They also have paddle board and kayak so you can start to explore the islands nearby. I encourage you to check them out on YouTube. That’s how I learned about this place. What is not mentioned that I think differentiated them from the rest is you feel safe in the cabin. There’s a security guard 24/7. He checks on you at night. It was comforting when I saw him checking every cabin while storming at around 2am. Poor guy :(. The cabin remained steady and sealed. You won’t notice it’s storming unless you open the door :). They said that because it’s in a cove the water around remains very calm. A cruise ship is bumpier compared to the houseboats. And last night, since the storm is gone, we were able to enjoy the sound of nature, see the stars, the the fish swimming by and abundant corals and the beautiful sunrise. No city noise. Just genuine sound of nature. That to me is a one of a kind experience. Priceless. They also provide private tours. My husband and I wanted to see more corals, Nemo clown fishes and giant clams. They were able to ready our lunch and boat in less than 30 mins. Special thanks to Karem for the perfect snorkeling spots he brought us to see. We also asked if we can go to town to buy souvenirs. They provided us a speed boat and the captain waited on us for a couple of hrs. while we shopped.

Unparalled location and service. 10mins kayak away from twin lagoon. Rooms are perfect for relaxing and the lagoon which the houseboats are in is just perfect. Would never think of booking anywhere else if back in Coron or Palawan. Worth every penny.

Excellent service, amidst new green and ancient grey, relax in peaceful water and let nature restore

This was to be the highlight of my trip to the Philippines and the peak of our visit to Coron and El Nido, and I was not disappointed. The location is as spectacular as the promotions depict. The staff were exceptional in their attention to every tiny detail. They were extremely organised and nothing was too much trouble. The houseboats themselves are separate from the main reception and all of the service from the staff was carried out by the means of small service boats that had small quiet engines; at night the staff paddled the boats to avoid any disturbance. Our stay was upgraded to one of the glass boats and the view in the morning was something most people can only dream about. The clarity of the water and the fish that swam right to our door. Swimming and kayaking in the quiet of the morning and during short showers of rain in this secluded lagoon amidst the sheer cliffs with trees miraculously clinging to the vertical rock face creating contrast between the new fresh green and the light flinty grey of the ancient stone beats any painted scene decorating walls. The experience was made even more special by the setting of the room like a yacht's cabin. Had this been in a walled room it would have been claustrophobic but the setting only enhanced the experience, and the enclosed heated shower added luxury to the simplicity of the boat. We chose to have our meals at our boat rather than in the main reception area and all of our meals and services were absolutely punctual, despite having to be brought by boat to us. The meals were excellent and something to dress up for, despite being in the midst of water based activity.

Nothing untoward to say about our experience on the boats. Our only difficulty was the very thing that makes this place so peaceful and idyllic for it was the difficulty I had communicating with them. Part of our trouble was the fact that we booked in the pandemic and were unsure if we would be allowed to get into Coron. But restrictions were all lifted just the day before we travelled from San Jose, Mindoro. I am not technologically competent and was using methods of communication that could not reach them. Some of the local hotel staff and one of the boatmen from a tour we took had ways to get in contact and he brought us to the houseboats, but as most people are far more technological than I am, this may not be a problem.

Once in a lifetime experience!

Location, location, location! You are basically located in Paradise, 2 min away from the most stunning places to see in Philippine (Twin Lagoon, Baracuda lake - just to name two)! The service and effort these people are putting in to make this possible is remarkable. For every meal, you get picked up by boat and transferred to the restaurant. The transfer to and from the city is most of the times also offered. Furthermore you have kayaks, SUPs, snorkels and fins at your disposal! This is a corner of Paradise! For me it will remain always in the memory, since it’s the place where my soon-to-be hubby proposed!

The location is something unique and the Houseboats are the perfect solution to enjoy the best of Coron Island and all its attractions. Do not miss the tour to the lakes by private speedboat. We were alone in the two beautiful freshwater lakes. The restaurant serves delicious food at a more than reasonable price considering the location and logistics. We'll be back! Free use of kayaks and masks makes the stay even more exciting as you can go to Twin Lagoons and some snorkeling spots on your own within minutes

A PLACE LIKE NO OTHER

it is not easy to put into words what it means to take a vacation on a houseboat in such a location. your room is surrounded by a surreal landscape of limestone cliffs with crystal clear water full of fish under you. There is no pollution in the sea and there is no noise and light pollution. The only "noises" you hear are birds singing and fish jumping. The comforts are of an excellent standard and the room also has private outdoor spaces where to eat and where to rest on sunbeds under an umbrella. From your private floating deck you can start exploring the close by attractions using the free kayaks, standupuddleboards and masks and fins. Transfers to and from the airport are also free with private vehicle and private speedboat. The food was also a pleasant surprise. A great choice of freshly prepared food. The only attention you have to choose the food the day before because it is bought fresh every morning on the nearby island. So sometimes it's not easy to order food with a full stomach! But it's a small price to eat delicacies in a little paradise! It is appreciable that the hotel is eco-compatible and maniacally respects nature without discharging any waste water into the sea despite the free shampoos and soaps provided are 100% biodegradable. The toilets are different from those in other resorts or houses, they are marine toilets like those used in boats. But other than that there are no complications and no odors. There is a school of 300 fish that swims 24 hours in the middle of the lagoon! try to look for them by swimming or kayaking! No insects or flies, probably because there are not mangroves in the lagoon.

All was perfect. The toilets are different from those in other resorts or houses, they are marine toilets like those used in sail yachts. But other than that there are no complications using them and no odors in the bathroom.
